I foolishly ran an unknown setup (which I think contained a virus) and then some commands popped up and after that my windows defender started showing virus and I was not able to remove the virus nor could I install any other antivirus , So I made a reset on my pc but I saw the same commands pop up before resetting started (in the boot) after resetting I again saw the commands running and then I installed malware bytes and scanned my pc but it showed no virus detected. Is my virus gone or is it still in the system. Please reply fast!

You should try the free edition of BitDefender too, if Malwarebytes says there isn't anything: https://bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html

During reset, did you choose to remove all your files or keep everything?

If you chose remove everything, we should do a reinstall to stop the corrupted nature of Defender.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Can you please take a screenshot or take a photo of the commands that pop up and post it here for us to have a better visual of what that is.

To check if there are still malware you can boot your device to safemode.then perform a scan while on safemode.

-Press the Windows logo key + R.

-Type msconfig in the Open box and then select OK.

    -Select the Boot tab.

-Under Boot options, clear the Safe boot checkbox.

Click the "Network" under Boot options for your to have internet connection while on safemode.

    -Click Apply then Ok

Scan and check if there are malwares detected.

Go to this link below as reference to perform cleanboot

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...
