Good Morning,

I have a problem with my computer, I can't hear audio from my laptop speaker or any headphones that are connected through AUX however it does work fine with the same headphones but on Bluetooth, I have been having this problem, sometimes it would fix itself and sometimes a simple restart would trigger it, I tried many guides none seemed to work from checking the device manager to checking the sound settings, I thought that it might be an update problem but i can't even update because of the error" There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80070002)",

can anyone help me with this problem

Thank You.
