my pc is not working well so I decided to reset my pc but an error Occur saying can't reset so I check system files using sfc / scannow (CMD) and Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag this show up so I tried to recover files using DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (cmd) but its said that is"DISM not recognized as an internal or external command" so i search in google and youtube I did somethinges and then after that when i tried to enter cmd an another error occur this time it said Error 126 "An error occurred while locating the DISM binaries. DISM is attempting to locate dismcore.dll. Ensure that the DISM binaries are present and that you have Read permissions on the folder" so tried everything that I can but nothing is happening , so if anyone can solve my problem that would be a big help. thank you

    Hello Sato, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that the sfc /scannow command found corrupt files but could not repair them;

    In this case I believe the best solution is to try a factory restore on the system;

    Press Windows key + I and access Update and Security;

    Click Recovery;

    Under Restore your PC, click Start Now and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the restore;

    Note: It is recommended that you back up personal files regardless of whether you choose to keep or remove personal files;

    I hope I have helped, see you soon!
