Turn the PC on. The PC screen displays the Lenovo logo. Immediately and repeatedly press (Fn+) F2 or F2. Accessing the BIOS may take multiple attempts.

My Windows 10 Lenovo PC is stuck at the Lenovo screen and the loading circle doesn't even show up. How can I fix this? I can't even get into safe mode to at least try to fix something.

Please try to access BIOS and check if the HDD/SSD is being detected.
You may also try to reset the BIOS to default settings.
