My Microsoft Store is stuck on the loading screen

Hey so I've been trying to open my Microsoft store but it is just stuck on the menu and the circle keeps going round and round I found a screenshot of what it kind a looks like if anyone can help me out it would mean a lot thanks!

    Nothing Worked yet.

    I did get my PC ''repaired'' recently about 2 weeks ago the person made it to this

    When I tried the methods they didn't work the first one didn't do anything

    Method 2 said this : Get-AppXPackage : Access is denied.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    I understand that Microsoft Store is not opening on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.

    However, please let us know:

    1. Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
    2. Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer Which version of Windows operating system am I running?

    Let us try few troubleshooting steps and see if that helps:

    Method 1: Reset Store Cache


    Try resetting the Store and see if that helps.

    1. Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for 'Run'.
    2. In Run dialog box, type 'wsreset.exe' and hit Enter.

    Note: A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds, the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

    Method 2: Re-register Microsoft Store


    Re-register Microsoft Store using PowerShell and see if that helps.

    1. Press Windows + X keys together and click on Windows PowerShell (Admin).
    2. Now type in the command and hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
    3. Restart the PC.

    Method 3: New user account


    Try creating a new user account and see if you are able to access Microsoft Store. Refer the article Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.
