I can't change my microphone gain.

Hello, I've been running into issues with my new Jounivo microphone, and I found a solution in my manual, which told me to change the gain to a specific amount, although when I try to change the gain of my microphone I can't find the volume booster slider, and even after researching, I found myself in a dead-end. If anyone could help that would be highly appreciated.

    Hi Ice794,

    I'm Rodrigo, Independent Advisor and I will help you.

    To find your mic gain setting right-click the volume icon > Sounds > Recording tab > double click your mic device (if it is connected to the 3.5mm audio connector maybe you will see it as Realtek High Definition audio, if it is connected to USB you will see it as Jounivo.) > On the Levels tab you can adjust the mic gain.

    If you can't see these options, please send a screenshot of the window

    Yes, but what I mean is that usually there should be a volume booster slider.
