Hi guys, so yesterday i have unpaired my Harmon Kardon Aura Studio 3 on my desktop and when i tried to reconnect it again it shows that i am connected under the “other device” section instead of the “audio” section in the bluetooth menu. I have tried repairing the speakers, updating the drivers and reinstalling them but i just can’t seem to play audio out of my speakers as it is not connected under the audio option. All help is appreciated. Thank you

    Hi Carlo,

Sorry for the late reply. I had tried the way you suggested and still i could not get my Bluetooth speaker to play audio while being connected to my pc. I had also tried factory resetting my Bluetooth Speaker to see if it works out but after resetting it the same problem is still there. I hope that i can find a solution soon.

    Thank you

    Best Regards,

    Wilson

    Hi Carlo T,

I have tried all of the steps mentioned above but still I couldn’t get my Bluetooth speaker to play anything. It is a real headache for me. And for my system model it is (MS-7C95). Thank you

    Good Day WilsonTeh1,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, I checked your motherboard manufacturers website and it appears that your motherboard does not support Bluetooth capability, are you using Bluetooth adapter? If yes ,try the Bluetooth adapter on the other devices to check if it will work or download your Bluetooth Adapter driver.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
