How to fix Razer Kraken headset working with only either microphone or headset?

Hello. I have bought a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition gaming headset about a year ago. Recently (yesterday), my microphone suddenly stopped working. It was weird because earlier that day everything was fine (I was playing games and voice chatting with some friends). I have tried updating drivers in Razer Synapse, updating drivers in device manager, updating drivers with the troubleshooting app, repaired razer software, uninstall and reinstall razer software, disabling and enabling microphone in Sound, changed default format, changing default outputs and inputs and finally restarting my PC. From changing the format and restarting my PC (I believe this is the thing I done to fix my microphone), this fixed my microphone problem, however, my output stopped working. I repeated many steps that I have done on my microphone for my headset and then it works, but this caused my microphone to stop working...

If you know how to fix this, or have any questions, please reply to this question and I'll try to respond as fast and as detailed as I can.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Toggle microphone and webcam settings in "Settings> Privacy> Microphone" and "Settings> Privacy> Camera" (Allow applications to access your camera / microphone)
    2. Then go to the "Audio and Video Settings", see that the microphone is recording sound.
    3. Then click on the drop-down arrow next to the camera window and select the correct webcam driver.

It doesn't say "Go back to previous version of windows 10".
