When I try to update Windows Vista, the computer gives me error code 80072EFE. I have Windows Vista x64 service pack 2 and HP elitebook 8440p. This also happens on other computers I've tested, I don't know why this happens. Something about the update servers being stopped for Vista, please help

Support including Windows Updates ended for Vista in 2017.
But now Microsoft has turned off the Windows Update Servers for Vista, too.
So if you clean install Vista you can't use Windows Updates.
