Cannot install Realtek HD audio driver

I had a problem with the realtek driver before (The microphone is not working and I have checked the microphone hardware Ids which is "MMDEVAPI\AudioEndpoints") so I tried to download the newer versionand reinstall it

However, after the uninstallation, the installer shows an error message: “Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure!! [Error Code: – 0001]”

I have tried methods in the internet but none is successful.

for example, from this website, I don't even have a Microsoft UAA Bus Driver installed in my computer, or this one since I also don't have the Realtek driver installed in the sound, video and game controller right now.

I don't know what I should do next, any further suggestion would be highly appreciated

    Good Day S-P.,

    I appreciate your time getting back to this thread , please proceed with the steps below.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Sound and Video Game Controller

    -Look for Audio driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstall.

    Once uninstalled, go to this link and download the driver.

    Once downloaded and installed restart your computer and check.

    So the problem is that the Realtek version that I tried to install before is not compatible with my computer version?

    What is the exact model of your computer for me to check the dedicated drivers of your computer?

    To check the system model proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.

    -Look for the System Model and post it here.

    anyways, I want to make sure that these 4 drivers are the one you recommend me to delete and reinstall it
