Help enabling 2-finger scrolling

(I use an HP PC)

Suddenly, I couldn't scroll with 2 fingers anymore and this has been continued for a week. I tried everything I could - changed the mouse pointer, uninstalled/updated the touchpad, updated the system - but I could not figure out where to enable the 2-finger scrolling still. I also navigated the touchpad settings but found nothing to enable like what many other tutorials showed. This has happened before but I remembered fixing it quite easily, unlike this time. Has anyone been in this situation before and how did you deal with it?

Hi, my PC doesn't seem to have either "Settings" or "Options". I have tried this method before and the only "Settings" button I could find is in the "Hardware"->"Properties" section (like below)

    Hi Khánh,

I'm Rodrigo, Independent Advisor and I will help you.

To find the touchpad's options to activate the two-finger scrolling open Settings > Devices > "Mouse" in the left menu > "Additional mouse options" on the right side > You should see a tab of the touchpad manufacturer, open it and click "Settings" or "Options" there you can change some touchpad options.
