Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!
And did you buy the laptop recently with Windows already installed? Or have you had a clean install of Windows recently?
-Solutions for startup problems:
-We need to enter WinRE mode, the easiest way is to hold the Shift key and click to restart the PC, if it is not possible, follow these steps to enter WinRE mode:
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
Press the power button again to turn on the device.
At the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some display devices the manufacturer's logo when restarting), press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the device turns off.
Press the power button again to turn on the device.
When Windows restarts, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.
Press the power button again to turn on the device.
Allow your device to completely restart. You will enter winRE.
Now, Click on Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, Startup Repair.
-If you have not solved the problem, while still in WinRE mode, click on Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, System Repair, find a date before the problem and proceed.
-If you haven't found a restore point, let's restore the system image, still in WinRE mode, click on Troubleshoot, Reset this computer. You can keep your files.
-If you still can't restore the system, we need to create a bootable USB media from another PC, go to:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
Download the tool, click ''How to use the tool to create installation media'' to learn how to proceed.
Then insert bootable USB media into the PC with problems, during boot, if necessary, enter BIOS shortly by pressing DEL or F2, change boot option to USB media. So when you get started, click on Repair this computer and proceed.
Feel free to leave your opinion, marking it as answered if the answer helped, or leaving more details so we can continue the service, this is very important to us.
Sincerely,
Claudeir
