I need to get the drivers for HP Deskjet 932C printer. The OS is Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. I don't want a link to a site that will only download if the printer is attached. The computer that will be connected to the printer does not have internet access. I just need the files. Thanks Frank

Under normal circumstances simply powering up and connecting the USB cable should automatically trigger recognition of the printer and installing a working driver. You should not have to download or install anything.
HP are the one who provide drivers, if available, for their products.
I do not recommend that you use any Registry Cleaners, Optimizers, Driver Updaters, Tune -Up utilities, etc.
They may do more harm to your operating system than any good that they claim to be able to do.
It is apparently built into the Windows operating system:
Installing Your Printer Driver Using the Windows Built-in Solution
Install the HP Printer Driver and Software provided within your operating system.
p.s. Or you can also ask in the HP Support Forums if the problem continues.
