So i got this error out of no where, i was away from my keyboard and then when i came back to my pc i saw this loop blue screen and after i tried everything that i saw on the internet nothing helped me, also my screen looks kinda weird with some little green lines horizontally. I even tried resetting it deleting ALL my files and reinstalling the windows, but since the reinstalling process requires several restarts of the pc, it wont let it reinstall, i goes back to the blue loop error with win32k.sys failed PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA. I require some assistance please.

Hi, my name is Claudeir. I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

    Start WinRE mode:

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.

Press the power button again to turn on the device.

At the first sign that Windows has started (for example, some devices display the manufacturer's logo when restarting), press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the device turns off.

Press the power button again to turn on the device.

When Windows restarts, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off the device.

Press the power button again to turn on the device.

Allow your device to completely restart. You will enter winRE.

Click Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, Startup Repair.

If that does not resolve the issue, Troubleshoot, Advanced options, System Restore, find a date before the issue and proceed.

And finally, if it doesn't, click on troubleshoot, reset this computer.

If the answer helped in any way, please consider leaving your opinion, marking it as answered or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.

    Sincerely,

    Claudeir

    Thank you for the informations.

This usually happens when you make a hardware change or have an incompatible driver.

So, I suggest you install Windows 10 on another HD/SSD to see if the problem is solved. I once went through a similar case, and we managed to solve it this way, I hope it solves it.

If you need help, I'm here.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir

It's hard to come to a conclusion about exactly what the problem is, because you don't even have access to the system, what we know is that it could be a hardware or driver problem, so I suggested you install Windows on another disk, as a suggestion, can also take your PC to a specialized technical assistance to make the necessary tests in your hardware and to know if everything is right.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir

I didn't make any hardware change. And I see that all my drivers are up to date. Could this be a potential virus? I never encountered a hardware problem that doesn't let me use the windows without being in safe mode, and having the screen with lots of little horizontal green bars...
