High RAM & CPU Usage on my Study Laptop

I think at first I need to write (at my Study Laptop) to make you sure my device has a low RAM & CPU.

Ram: 4GB (3.79 GB usable)

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz 1.19 GHz

I copy this information from the settings. The problem is I always open Microsoft Teams with WhatsApp only. And sometimes I open Microsoft Edge with WhatsApp. When I Startup my device I listen a High voice (As for the usual) from my device. I check the task manager and I found the CPU and RAM has a High Usage. I try close some app's like (adobe) and Teams. It's work for just 1 minute and the CPU is coming high usage again.

For RAM it was always up to 80-90% and I couldn't find a real solution, just a program to remove Cached Files from RAM.

I'm sorry if some words are written wrong because I don't know how to write English professionally.

Your processor has a max. freq. of 3.40GHz, so I wonder what has gone wrong with it when that processor is filled with power. Can be RAM. We'll do some workarounds to try to fix it.

Before going the hardware way, let's do it the software way:

Press Win key + R > paste this and press Enter:

    cleanmgr

Select your Windows drive and click OK > after the 1st scan, click on Cleanup system files > select your Windows drive again and click OK > after the 2nd scan, select every check boxes there > click OK > proceed to delete the files.

There's another software method to help fix it, but I'd need to confirm something: are you having an HDD or SSD? The reason why I wanna know it is because the method will damage the SSD, if you have it.

    Good Day HashemGo,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

First, can you please check what are the services and processes running in your computer in the task manager.

-Click Start, type Task Manager and open it

    -Click Processes Tab

Take a screenshot and post it here.

Also check the version of Windows installed in your device.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type winver and hit Enter

It will show you the Windows and build version and post it here.

I'll look forward for your response so that I can provide an accurate recommendation.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
