When I use the snipping tool to save something on my desktop and then choose to draw or write something the color seen is blue. If I go to Properties and change that color it has no effect. It remains blue. How do I change that color? I use such a tool in my online classes and blue is not visible on other blue or black. Thank you

    Good Day Mpager5,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you.

You can take a snip first then click the drop down arrow in the pen icon to change the color.

    Please see the screenshot below.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

Click on the button with the pen again to see the color drop-down.

Thank you both. I feel like an idiot. I went to Options --> Settings (Sorry I said 'Properties" before). thinking that is where I make it permanent. :-( So what is the Options settings for then?
