How did you update the driver for your IR camera?
Kindly press windows key + R
Type: msinfo32
Hit enter.
On the system information look for system manufacturer and model.
Go to your browser and search it together with IR camera driver.
Install the driver that is compatible for your Windows and restart your machine.
