    Good Day Epictaco6,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, that driver is from your motherboard manufacturers website itself, that is the dedicated driver for your device.

    Please see this link.

    https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z390-A-PRO

You need to open the file and extract it and run the file so that you can install it in your device.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

thank you for the quick reply ... i tried all of those things except the last over the course of my google searches trying to figure it out, the connection status was originally stuck saying "identifying" and the network reset changed it to "not connected-connections available" even though im connected perfectly fine it seems to be only the widows store downloads and pc updates that arent working

but here is the system info you asked for (it is a custom pc)

BaseBoard Manufacturer Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.

    BaseBoard Product Z390-A PRO (MS-7B98)

    BaseBoard Version 1.0

    Good Day Epictaco6,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, are you using wifi adapter to connect to the wifi? I checked your manufacturers website and it appears that your device does not support wireless connection.

If you are using wifi adapter or dongle can you please try to use a different wifi adapter it can be the adapter you are using is faulty.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
