how do I get rid of white writing from bottom corners of desktop screen/showing Smartimage ON left/and Smart image OFF right /also the vertical scanner line moving back and forth / printing is about 10mm high and white
surely there is a simple answer for this OBE ( over bloomin eighty user?? )
