Support to LZMA zip file decompression and viewing

Currently Windows 10 and 11 do not support the viewing of zip files using LZMA compression method.

It's not convenient for users to share documents over the networks. Sometimes the files compressed might contain important information, such as a graded assignment. The files cannot be opened with Windows file manager. This can be harmful to the users.

I strongly recommend Microsoft to add this feature to Windows and let users benefit from using Windows.

Thank you!

If you want to suggest a new feature then use the Feedback Hub in Windows 10 or 11 for the development team. Use winkey +f or Search Feedback Hub in windows Search.

Edit: in the meantime you can use a program like 7-Zip to read these files https://www.7-zip.org/
