I got this keyboard and I was messing with the built in keyboard settings and now only a few keys light up. Is there a way where I can reset the entire keyboard and it goes back to normal?

    Hey there Jose!

Have you installed their software, that is downloadable in https://redragonshop.com/pages/software ?

    Hey there Jose!

My name is Miguel Ángel and I'm an independent advisor, also a Microsoft user just like you! I'll try to help you today with your issue.

In order to solve the issue that you're experiencing, we should take as reference this website: https://redragonshop.com/pages/faqs#:~:text=How.... That contains all the frequently asked questions, so it's helpful.

In that link, it says: "Is it able to restore keyboard without software?

Use combo key with pressing Fn key + PRTSC (right next to F12 key) for RGB backlit keyboards, as for Rainbow backlit keyboard, press Fn key + ESC key still for about 3 seconds and then press F1, F3 and F5". Please, follow those instructions from the manufacturer and see if it helps, as this is mainly a Windows forum and our knowledge about Redragon and its keyboards is very limited.

I'll wait for your reply! Don't worry, everything will be okay :)
