Does Windows 11 Instalation Assistant delete all my apps and files?

Hi, currently I have not received the update for Windows 11 in my Settings Update. Inside Settings it shows that my pc is able to update to Windows 11 as it met all the requirements. So, I wanted to install Windows 11 manually. May I know whether the Windows 11 Instalation Assistant delete any of my files and apps?

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you.

    Rest assured that those will not get deleted, it will be retained to once you update to Windows 11. There will be no changes with the apps.

    No, it will not delete even a single file of yours.

    But to be on a safer side, take a backup.
