hid compliant game controller

hi

i need help i can not see hid compliant game controller in my device manager and my pc can not connect with my controller (ps5) yeah and i click view button then show hidden device and i can not see hid compliant game controller how i can download it.

    Did you try all the steps I gave you which should cover that?

    Did you choose Show Hidden Devices in Device Manager on View tab? Unplug and plug back in your controller, Try another USB port or reconnect it via Bluetooth.

    Run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter

    Press Start then search command prompt

    Right click then run as administrator

    type: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

    Run the troubleshooter

    Restart your computer

    One of those steps should fix it. There are dozens of steps. Please do not skip any steps. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step. If you need help performing any step I will help.
