Did you try all the steps I gave you which should cover that?
Did you choose Show Hidden Devices in Device Manager on View tab? Unplug and plug back in your controller, Try another USB port or reconnect it via Bluetooth.
Run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
Press Start then search command prompt
Right click then run as administrator
type: msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
Run the troubleshooter
Restart your computer
