    Good Day Peter,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, can you please run the tool and take a screenshot of the results and post it here for me to check what are the requirements of Windows 11 that your computer did not meet.

I'll look forward for your response so that I can provide an accurate recommendation.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

Hi thanks for the reply. I'll have another go at healthcheck when I've turned off my virus scan yet again, then will reply.

BTW spoke to Glyn at MS support he suggested I run CMD as an administrator then SFC/SCANNOW but it won't let me do it although I am an adminstrator. Did win-R then CMD there seems to be no way for CMD to recognise that i AM an administrator.

Ran PCHealthCheck directly from the email sent to me by Microsoft. Had to contact MS support as it said it could harm my PC. They told to turn off my virus scan (McAfee) which I did, ran the app it told me my PC was not compatible with Windows 11 but gave no clues as to why.
