Black Screen issue with AMD R5 M330 graphics Card & Windows

so here's my problem, I noticed that my AMD R5 M330 graphics card (2GB) is no longer working and seems my system is currently working on primary graphics card that is intel integrated 620.

I got black screen while playing games, I can see my arrow in games and can hear sound of game in background when I'm on my AMD R5 M330 graphics. ( this problem is from the date from when I had replaced my motherboard from dell while in warranty, and after contacting to them and checked by them they told its not a hardware issue - Dell Hardware diagnostics test is passed

If I change it to my dedicated intel integrated 620 graphics which has lower RAM game runs and I can see the graphics of game with lower FPS

I had fully reinstalled windows 10, its older version, windows 11 but each OS has same prob with me.

On each OS installation I did Uninstall AMD drivers through DDU and installed the drivers from dell for my specific laptop in safe mode and then tried playing game result doesn't changed (black screen while i can hear the game sound in background)

I install dell support assistant so from there I updated all the drivers (chipset, BIOS, Audio, Video etc), Went to intel driver's and updated them, Then went to AMD and updated graphics driver for my configuration.

Screen resolution is as per recommended by system

Nothing happened same result

In Task Manager under performance Tab GPU 1 which is AMD Radeon R5 M330 shows activity when I play games, temp also went up from around 36C to 58C (dedicated GPU memory 2 GB, shared 3.9GB and GPU memory 5.9 GB)

Current OS is Windows 11 21H2 (OS build 22000.194)

I hope you have a genuine solution for my question
