Random USB Disconnect Notices

A couple days ago my laptop began to give about 15-20 disconnect notices at a time when a USB was disconnected. This happened with multiple devices. But more annoyingly, it is also giving the same spam of disconnect notifications at random intervals when no device has been disconnected, frequently when waking my computer up from sleep mode but also at other times.

A restart seemed to temporarily fix the issue, but the problem is happening again after a device was again connected and then disconnected. Is there any way to figure out what's causing this and stop it?

Have you gone Device Manager, Adapter type, click on the adapter, click on Power Management, and remove the check from "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"?

Have you clicked on each of the USB items?

Ah, I found a few that did in fact have that option! Let's hope that fixes it- thank you!

I don't believe I've navigated to the correct settings, as I do not see any power management settings in Device Manager under the USB connections (screenshot below) or any similar options in the power settings for my computer.
