You have Intel HD Graphics, that does not have any VRAM and Windows has set aside 2.1GB of Shared RAM for that graphics option, leaving you with 5.9GB out of 8GB of RAM.
This is normal, Windows dynamically allocates RAM to hardware when needed, that amount is not fixed, it is allocated depending on what you are doing with your PC.
If you only have integrated graphics on your system, with no dedicated video card, then for better game performance, you should purchase more RAM, because Windows 10 on its own will use 2GB+ of RAM for the operating system and with that and the Hardware Reserved amount, that does not leave much RAM for the games.
