Update: I managed to change the .tif viewing app to Windows Photo Viewer, which lets me see all pages. I am still confused as to why Photos does not, and why it was the default image app.
Cannot view multi-page .tif in Photos
I am using Windoes 10. I use Outlook for work, and we frequently receive faxes through eFax. The faxed pages come in as .tif files, which get opened in the Photos app, however I can only see one page. There is NO button to view the next page. If I receive a 3 page fax, I can't see the second and third pages because Photos won't give me the option. In order to see all the pages I must download the .tif to my PC, then right-click and open it with a different viewing application, which is very inconvenient.
This is a serious issue because these are work faxes and I NEED to see all the pages.
- Is there a way around this? How can I change the default app to open .tif files?
- WHY is there no "next page" button in Photos??
