Hi,
It seems that one of the possible cause why you cannot install WIN 11 Update is your antivirus. In the meantime, I suggest disabling your antivirus, then try to install the update again.
This browser is no longer supported.

Hmm,major cause of the 0x8007001F error is a corrupt or problematic audio driver. The best way to resolve this issue is to run the audio troubleshooter and then manually update the audio drivers.
Hi @Guellaf Abd Elhalim ,
Have you tried the Windows Update troubleshooter?
Have you ran the PC Health Check App to verify your hardware meets the requirements?
As the pre release will not be installed if the hardware requirements are not fulfilled.
You can get it from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/windows-11
Check your processor first, Some of the 7th generation processor and all 8th generation Intel processor are supported for Windows 11.
The processor are selected by various parameters and the important one is DCH Design Principles.
