Do you have iGPU enabled in the Armoury Crate app? Please, check this link: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043747/ (I have annexed a screenshot as well). Disable iGPU Mode in Device > GPU Power Saving, and restart your device.
Also, in order to be able to help you further, please, tell me your Windows version (Windows + R > winver) and your BIOS Date & Version (Windows + R > msinfo32).
