Bluetooth and wifi not working

hey guys i recently bought a new laptop msi modern 15 ryzen 5500u and before wifi and bluetooth was working fine but after some updates i found out that both wifi and bluetooth are unable to discover any devices nor connect . I tried reinstalling the drivers couple times and even updated to windows 11 but still couldn't solve the issue .I tried troubleshooting but still that doesn't solve this issue. Please help me as i have tried everything mentioned on the internet to solve but couldn't solve this issue . Help Help

    when i try to run the installer i get this error what does it mean

    Good day Adityavernekar,

    Try to use a different browser or computer if you are getting error dowloading the installer.

    That installer is from your manufacturers website itself.

    Good Day Adityavernekar,

    I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, please proceed with these steps.

    Download the driver using other computer and save the installer in USB flash drive.

    Here's the link of the driver.

    Once done proceed with these steps.

    -Press Windows key + X

    -Go to Device Manager

    -Expand the Network Adapters

    -Look for the Wireless driver that was installed

    -Right click and Uninstalled

    Once uninstalled, insert the USB flash drive and install the driver you just downloaded.

    Restart and try to connect.

    Good Day Adityavernekar,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

    Here's the steps you can try, first let's work with the wifi.

    -Press Windows key + X
    -Go to Device Manager
    -Expand the Network Adapters
    -Look for the Wireless driver that was installed
    -Right click and Update
    -Look for "Browse my computer for driver
    -Let me pick drivers available drivers
    -Choose an old driver and use it.

    Reset Network Settings
    Open Settings.
    Click on Network & Internet.
    Click on Status.
    Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.
    Click the Reset now button.
    Click the Yes button.

    Forget the Network
    -Press Windows key + X
    -Click Settings
    -Click Network and Internet
    -Click WIFI then Manage Known Network
    -Click your WIFI name and hit Forget.

    -Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator
    -Copy and paste each of the commands below and hit enter.

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh advfirewall reset

    netsh winsock reset

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    Once you entered all those commands restart your computer and try to connect.

    If issue persist, let's download the updated driver
    What is the exact model of your computer?

    To check the system model proceed with these steps.
    -Press Windows key + R
    -Type msinfo32 and hit enter.
    -Look for the System Model and manufacturer post it here.

    If you are using a custom built pc look for Baseboard version and Baseboard product and post it here.

    System Model Modern 15 A5M

    I tried all the above methods but still wifi is not showing available networks. How do I proceed?When i booted the laptop for the first time it was working fine but after updates it is not working so it has to be a software bug. Please lets fix it
