Should I download Windows 11 manually?

Today, Windows 11 got released. I heard that it will take weeks/months to get update option in our Windows 10 PC. I checked update in settings and I found this message:

"Great news—your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Specific timing for when it will be offered can vary as we get it ready for you."

This means my PC is ready to use Windows 11. So my question is, Is it safe to download Windows 11 from this site? I am asking this because if my PC is ready for Windows 11, then why should I wait? Should I download it, or will it cause any harm to my PC? Sorry, if this question is not good, I am not a developer, I don't know anything.

Good day AdarshWase! I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are looking into downloading Windows 11 and it is available starting October 5, 2021 and the roll out will be staggered or in batches. If you have tested the compatibility and all is good on your end then it is best to go over with the upgrade assistant and you can check out the links below for reference. It is also safe to download from the link that you have just mentioned as you will have an option to create an ISO file as well.
