Hello YogeshSane,
Good day! I'm John and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.
Microsoft is taking its usual gradual process to rolling out the update, offering the upgrade in stages beginning with those whose devices Microsoft believes are the most likely to successfully install the upgrade.
I recommend checking your device for Windows 11 compatibility first using the PC Health Check app
https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp
If your device meets and passes all the requirements, I recommend using the Windows 11 Installation assistant to upgrade to Windows 11 manually.

Note: It's always a good practice to backup your important files first before performing any Windows upgrade or reinstallation.
Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.
Kind regards,

Hello YogeshSane,
I have checked the list, your device not in there but this device is no more in support, like it is discountined.
You can try calling or contacting Lenevo to make sure as they may have not tested this as they dont' support this anymore.
If you are already in Windows 11, you are fine as long the PC Health App shows green.
