Issue with link getting redirected

When I click on a link provided in an email or otherwise it directly goes into search mode either Bing or google with the following message

here are no results for --disable-quic --edge-redirect=Windows.Protocol https://nam11.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.republ0

  • Check your spelling or try different keywords

Any advice on how to correct this issue?
