Windows 10 drivers for memorex MRX800LU V2

I have been unable to access my Memorex MRX800LU V2 Blu-Ray Writer since upgrading to Windows 10 currently running Version 21H1. Can anyone help with where to obtain drivers for this unit please?

    Hi Colin. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.

    There are not special drivers for that drive.

    Just unplug it, restart PC and plug it into a USB port on the other side of the PC which uses a different controller, to force it to install the driver again.

    If it doesn't load right away, go into Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & Other Devices to see if it's being installed there.

    Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
