After the May 2021 Update, how do I delete all temporary internet files from searches on Microsoft Edge with Gooogle.com as my default search engine.

so I don't build up a huge cache?

    Pranav,

How do I get to the screen where you typed, press ctrl, shift and delete, and click here? If I have one hand on the left side of my keyboard pressing pressing down on the Ctrl and shift keys, and the other hand pressing of the delete key how am I supposed to click on anything?

    [snip]

Will you please try again to send directions.

Press [Ctrl+Shift+Del] then release those keys. You are now in the Clear Browsing Data section.

    Don

I have been trying to use Windows 10 since June of 2016 when I had to replace my computer. I haven't had a peaceful week since then. Today I might be able to do, (for example) 1, 2, and 3, but not A , B, or C. Three days later I might be able to us 2, A, B but not the others. Windows 10 would not let anyone continue to use Windows live mail or Internet Explorer. When I have recently gone to the online support, it not looks like we could use Internet Explorer again, Sometimes I have permission to make choices so my computers works the way I want, since I own the computer I should be the person making decisions and choosing programs I want. But, then Microsoft won't let me do anything so I can use my computer like I want. Microsoft is alienating customers, and I am starting to hate my computer.

Windows home customers can't get live help. The Windows May 2021 messed up my computer to the point of it being a paperweight. When my computer started up I couldn't sign in. The account I was supposed to use, was not mine. I'm the only person who uses this computer. I called and and called and called Microsoft trying to get someone to help me. I was told to use the online support pages, and I would reply that since I could not sign in the online support could not help me. Some people told me they sent mails with links, but if I could not sign in I could not open email !!

I started calling every phone number I could find for Microsoft. How am I supposed to know what phone numbers were crooks, Microsoft made impossible for people encountering MAJOR problems because the Updates were full of problems. I was destroying my chances of ever having my computer back because the crooks were installing all sorts of viruses. Some days my computer would not even start! I finally had to take it to be repaired. After almost two weeks that business said they had to completely wipe my had drive and reinstall Windows. I did know that until he brought it back.

Microsoft removed the first Office program I purchased because Windows 10 did not include Office just 5 months after I bought it. When I called Microsoft to help me recover Office. I was told it was too old. It was removed without my permission but they transferred me to the Sales Dept. to purchase a new Office program. According to Sales all they could sell that day was Office Professional Plus 2016. I'm retired I did not want a business program and of course it cost more than a home version. It was a problem every time I had to reauthorize it. The repair company purchased Office Professional Plus 2019

and installed it. There are lots of changes in the 2019 version!!!

Did I tell you you I starting to hate my computer?? I had a bone marrow transplant, I haven't been our of my house since the end of January of 2020. I am having do do all my shopping over the internet, and some days I fell like I'm having a nervous breakdown,

Will you please try again to send directions.
