error DirectX Runtime

I have downloaded games. But when it opened, it said that I need DirectX Runtime but according to google, I have DirectX 12 and I don't want to destroy my laptop. So can you guys help me?

    Kindly click on the link below and download/install the Directx End-User runtime library on your computer

    Once downloaded, kindly install the application on your computer and run the game again.

    Restart the computer if required after installation completes

    Kindly check the runtime requirements of the game that you're trying to open and check if it supports the runtime installed on your machine.

    Follow the steps below to determine the installed runtime on your windows.

    Press windows key + R
    Type dxdiag and press enter
    Under system, check the DirectX version installed

    Well, I have checked the directX and it was 12, the newest, I think so. So let me screenshot the error I got
