How to remove the little box on the top left corner of icon?

just appear some days ago on my Surface Pro X. It is so annoying

    That is indeed the check box to select items.

    If you like, you could try option 3 with the BAT file. It applies the same setting as option 1 and 2.

    Hi,

    I have tried and the two first methods do not work

    It is so annoying and this box is completed useless.

    Can I totally remove it from my computer?
