windows 11 upgrade

My processor is listed as supported by windows 11 but PC health check says my processor is not supported. What is wrong? Here is the screenshot. Mine is A8-7410 with Radeon R5 Graphics

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you.

    The minimum requirements for Windows 11 is at least 8th Gen processors. The processor you are using which is AMD A8-7410 is a 6th Gen processesor

    The one you posted is the supported processor of Windows 7 not for Windows 11.

    Here's the list of AMD supported processor for Windows 11.

    You can stay in Windows 10 it is still supported until year 2025, by that time you will have a new computer already.

    However if you want to update your device to Windows 11, you can reach out to your computer manufacturer and have them check what is the compatible processor for processor replacement to update to Windows 11.
