Suddenly, the Smart Audio Popup has been appearing stating the coexant device cannot be found. I have no idea what this means as my camera and other audio work. How do I stop this popup as it has become very annoying. Thank you.

In the Sound Video and Game Controllers section these are what is listed: High Definition Audio Device, Intel (R) Display Audio, NexiGo Webcam, Tozo-T6 Hands Free AG Audio and Tozo-T6 Stereo. That is all. Thanks

"High Definition Audio Device" means that you are using Microsoft's generic audio driver. That's why you are getting the error message.

Go to your HP's computer model support webpage and download/install the HP conexant driver.

    Hi Carol

Thank you for that information, I believe that popup is caused by the software or drivers installed for the Tozo-T6 buds.

Thank you for your reply. But, on my Windows 10 Pro when I open the Task Scheduler, I do not see Microsoft-Windows-Conexant. Therefore, I am unable to disable it. Hoping for a resolution as this is very annoying and I am not sure what caused this to appear suddenly as I have not done anything to make it happen.
