My Wacom is very old (Intuos 3). I was experiencing the same problem with Windows 11 and tried updating gpedit.msc as directed but it didn't help. What worked for me is going into the Wacom Tablet Properties app (Installed from the Wacom website) and unchecking "Use Windows Ink" in the bottom left corner. Please see the included image for reference.

    Hope this helps you!

Hello Andrew, sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

-Press Windows + R keys and type: gpedit.msc and press ENTER.

-Navigate to following path: Computer Configuration ->Administrative -Templates ->Windows Components ->Windows Ink Workspace.

-On the right pane, doublie-click on "Allow Windows Ink".

-Under action settings, switch to Disabled.

-Press on Apply and then OK.

You can also go through the registry. Here is the procedure.

-Press Windows + R keys and type: regedit

    -Press ENTER.

    -Browse the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsInkWorkspace

-If there is no WindowsInkWorkspace Registry Key, Simply create one manually.

-Right-click the Microsoft key, select New, and click Key.

    -Name the new key WindowsInkWorkspace.

    -Click OK.

-Right-click on the right side, select New, and click DWORD (32-bit) Value.

    -Name the key AllowWindowsInkWorkspace.

    -Click OK.

-Double-click the key and make sure its value is set to 0, which means disabled.

-Restart your computer to apply the changes.

You're a life saver! Mine is not a Wacom but a XP-Pen something or other and this just made it possible for me to reuse the scroll click and open things in new tabs.
