I am using amd a10 9620p

The PC health check app says that my system is not capable of running windows 11. But it meets all the requirements.

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you.

    The minimum requirements for Windows 11 is at least 8th Gen processors. The processor you are using which is AMD A10 9620P is a 7th Gen processesor

    Here's the list of AMD supported processor for Windows 11.

    You can stay in Windows 10 it is still supported until year 2025, by that time you will have a new computer already.

    However if you want to update your device to Windows 11, you can reach out to your manufacturer and have them check what is the compatible processor for your device for processor replacement update to Windows 11.
