Hello!

I have a problem!

For a while, my windows didnt want to update and was giving me a message about missing some system files. I menaged to fix that watching you tube videos and finally a lot of updates were downloaded and installed, leaving just one to be installed. Its 20h2 for Windows 10. It downloads, and as soon as it starts installing, blue screen comes up with error message saying it needs to restartm it keeps happening on and on. Ive tried entering safe mode, going into update troubleshoot - nothing. Ive tried deleting the las update - again nothing.

Tried to get it back before I installed those mayor updates - that was loading but as soon as it restarted in normal mode, it just went into error again.

I dont initialize that install, it just starts whenever I turn my PC on. I get 1-2 minutes before it goes blue and restarts. Recently, I think i dont even get any time as I dont even get to sign into my acc before it goes to error. How can i fix that?

Do i need to reinstall windows? I am afraid for my files (i didnt make a backup before installing those uodates thinking everything will be fine:( ) and I dont kniw gow to secure them in case i need to reinstall windows..

What should i do?

    Hi IvanaAndricevic-

I'm Kevin B. Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience, let me help you sort things out.

Kindly run this command to might fix the system corruption on your Windows.

Please try the followings steps below.

    1. Windows Key and type: CMD.
    2. On the list says command prompt, right click on it and run it as administrator.
    3. Copy and paste each command below, you need to do it one at a time until

    finishes scanning.

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Note: While the command is running, it's expected to see the process stuck at particular percent. After a few minutes, the process will complete successfully.

Once you complete the steps, the Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool will connect to the Windows Update servers to download and replace any corrupted files in the local image for Windows 10 as necessary.

Also, kindly minimize the running services on your computer to see if some of your third party applications cause the concern.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: msconfig then press enter

On the system configuration window go to services tab

Check hide all Microsoft services on the lower left corner of the window.

    Click disable all

    Click apply then okay.

It will ask you for restart and kindly restart your computer to apply the changes.

Hope this will help and have a blessed day!

    Thanks.

    Kevin B.
