For the location just copy/paste in C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -l
Give it a name > Finish

Both will work.
Shutdown.exe -l or logoff.exe
It signs the current user out, just the same as right clicking the start button > Shut down or sign out > Sign out
is it shutdown.exe or logoff.exe?
does it fully sign out the current user or does something else
