Music stops playing after a few minutes on ONE Bluetooth speaker, and loudly BUZZES

Hi. I have a new LG Gram laptop on Windows 10. Its Bluetooth works flawlessly connecting two different mice (mouses?!)

When I connect the laptop to one particular BT speaker, music will play fine for about 4 to 10 minutes. But suddenly, all music/sound stops and a LOUD PERSISTENT BUZZ happens. This happens no matter the audio source (Windows Media Player, alternate media player, YouTube in browser, etc.).

If press Stop in the player and press Play again, it'll play for another minute or two (always a much shorter time than initial play). Then the loud buzz halts the music again. And nothing stops the buzz until I press Stop or Pause.

NO OTHER DEVICE I've ever used has problems connecting to this one Bluetooth speaker. Just this brand new computer. And this HAS NOT ever happened when I play directly through the laptop speakers. Sound plays from speakers fine for an indefinite amount of time.

I've tried updating the driver for this one speaker, deleting and reinstalling it, turning off/on sound enhancements, etc. Nothing fixes it. But I've tried each thing numerous times.

When I run the Windows BT troubleshooter, it says:

Troubleshooting has completed

Problems found:

Check Bluetooth radio status ................ Fixed

Every time I run it, it says that. But it doesn't fix the problem. And I can't find any website/drivers for Philex iStar Bluetooth speaker PHK-B95.

What is happening here?

-Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!

-Let Windows reinstall all generic sound drivers:

Windows +X, Device Manager, under Sound Controllers, right click on all drivers, Uninstall. Under Audio Inputs and Outputs, right click on all Drivers, Uninstall. Restart the PC.

    -Solve problems with bluetooth:

With the device connected, let's try troubleshooting:

    Windows+i> Update and security> troubleshooting> additional troubleshooting> bluetooth> run solution.

See if it solves the problem.

If necessary, we will reinstall the bluetooth drivers:

Windows+X> task manager> bluetooth, right click on all drivers, Uninstall. Restart the laptop.

-Feel free to leave your opinion, marking as answered if the answer helped, or leaving more details so that we can continue the service, this is very important to us.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir
