Would it be worth disabling your anti virus and using Windows Security (which is built into Windows 10), just to prove it is your anti virus that's slowing it up?
Slow boot time on Windows 10 when Anti-virus is enabled to auto-startup
Hi everyone! From the past few days, I've noticed my startup has increased from 7-8 seconds to 17-18 seconds.I've disabled almost all of the startup programs except for an Audio program.I suspected that the problem might be with my antivirus software(Kaspersky IS) as it was not available in the startup tab of task manager. After I disabled auto-startup in antivirus settings,my boot time seemed normal as earlier.
So,my question:is there any way I can delay the startup of my antivirus, like, starting after a few minutes of booting my PC?
Thank you

Also check the version of Windows installed in your device.
-Press Windows key + R
