    Hi Mario

Thank you very much for the fast response
for your question "When you connect the printer to the computer, is it recognized by the system?"
    NO

But I've updated the printer device from windows system thin
I've installed another version from the printer, I need Canon PIXMA MG2540S (not available from windows 11)  but I've installed Canon PIXMA MG2500 instead,

It's OK now the printer ready to work ☺

    Thank you very much
    Mohammed

Hi, I'm Mario, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

We are sorry about what happened.

When you connect the printer to the computer, is it recognized by the system?

Does it appear in DEVICE MANAGEMENT?

If it is recognized, you should try to install it with the windows 10 drivers.

Test it and let us know if you succeed.

I look forward to hearing from you in this thread.

    Kind Regards,

    Mario B.
