Can I control/open Vector Hardware Config (Control panel Item) through cmd?

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Vector Hardware Config is not a Microsoft product or Control Panel applet, it is a 3rd party utility, if it is possible to control that from Command Prompt, it would be best to ask Vector Support on their website to see if that is possible, they will know their software better than anyone else
