We don't work for Microsoft; so it is up to you what you install, as long as the basic requirements are fulfilled.
1, Windows 7 does not come for free; you have to buy it.
And we can't recommend anywhere safe to buy 7 from.
- Your computer manufacturer has to support and supply Windows 7 drivers for your exact model number for 7 to work on it correctly.
If you fulfill both of those requirements:
Go to your laptop/computer manufacturer's website and find and reinstall the Windows 7 Drivers for your Laptop/computer Model Number for your operating system.
Use the computer you are on to get here to download/save the Network Adaptors/Wi-fi Windows 7 Drivers for it first > copy them to flash drive > transfer and install them on the Laptop.
Then you can use the Laptop/computer to get the rest of the drivers from there.
