You'll need to use a tool called nLite to integrate the drivers into the ISO.

    • Download and extract the F6 drivers from Intel's website.
    • Mount your ISO image by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows 7 or older, you'll need a third-party program to do this.
    • Create a new folder on your desktop to store the new contents.
    • On the Locating the Windows installation screen, click Browse, and select the drive that contains the original files.
    • You will then be prompted to choose the destination folder. Choose the folder you just created.
    • Click Next until you reach the Task Selection screen.
    • Select Drivers and Bootable ISO, and click Next.
    • Click Insert > Single driver and look for iaahci.inf in your driver folder.
    • Select every driver in the list that appears, and follow the prompts in the wizard.
    • Once you reach the Bootable ISO screen, select Create Image and choose a location for the new image.

Now, you can either burn your new ISO to a blank disc, or use a utility like Rufus if you want to use a flash drive instead. (Note: some older computers might not support booting from flash drives.)

A flash drive will not work because the Windows XP setup process only supports loading storage drivers from a floppy drive. There is a way to integrate the drivers into the setup itself, but you will need some tools and a blank disc or flash drive for this.

A quick Google search for Intel Rapid Storage Technology for Windows XP will help you get the drivers directly from their website. As for the setup process, how are you planning to install the OS without a floppy drive?

Does your PC have a floppy drive? Windows XP will not load storage drivers from any other location.
